Right Sizing

I first met Todd when we were looking for a realtor for my mother-in-law’s condo, and Todd made the process extremely easy and very stress free for my husband and I. At the conclusion of the sale I mentioned to Todd that I was looking to downsize, not necessarily my husband was looking, but I was looking. Todd asked me what features I would like in a new home that we were going to move to, so I gave him a list if things that I thought would be important for my husband and I, and within a few days Todd came up with listings for us to look at. One looked quite promising to the point where I even got my husband to go look at it, and from there we ended up putting an offer on it and we’ll be moving to a new condo, thanks to Todd. So I strongly suggest if your looking to buy or sell, give Todd a phone call because he’s excellent.
