One of the things that would present a problem for us was the underground oil tank and it had to be removed before we listed the house. Todd looked after that, he had a team come in, they worked very hard to have that done. The intention was to have the house listed last year, as time went on there were several things that needed to be done, Todd had the floor plans done at that time, so that work was already done.
So when the time came Todd had listed the house and set an open house for three days later. The photographs and the description of the house on his website were absolutely unbelievable and it drew a very large crowd to the open house, which resulted in five offers over the list price. I would highly recommend Todd at any opportunity I could and he was absolutely marvelous, made everything so easy, and is very organized.
