As a first time buyer reached out to Todd and Karen and from the first phone call felt I was on good hands. Being such a crazy market and first time buyer was not sure what to expect. Karen went above and beyond to make sure that my many questions were answered no matter how big or small. Her response time was excellent and truely make us feel we were a top priority for her (even answering questions late at night). Provided us a first time buyers guide and when making an offer on a property did a great comparable sheet to allow us to measure against other comp properties listed/sold in the area.
