Karen has no shortage of experience in the Real Estate industry, In fact, she has been in the Real Estate industry in a full-time capacity for over half of her life. Even though she started at such a young age she knew she wanted to learn every aspect of the industry well before she ventured out on her own.

She not only learned Residential Real Estate, she spent a couple years being involved in the strata development arena as well. Having a successful independent real estate career prior to teaming up with her husband, as a buyer’s agent, gives her a full understanding of listing, marketing and selling homes as well. No matter what team member you have on the phone, you will be well informed and in good hands.

Karen is devoted to the needs and goals of her clients and specializes in bringing peace of mind to the home buying process. She has made a high level of commitment to her Real Estate education having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed real estate professionals in the industry over the years.

Karen dedicates time out of every day to fit in health and fitness. She loves sweating it out in a 38 degree room at Oxygen Yoga Studio. She also looks forward to her, twice a week, strength & conditioning workouts with Todd. At home she loves snuggling with her 8 lb Miniature-Pinscher, Luna and she is most proud to be a positive role model and mother to her 6 year old son Evan.

Reaching for Greater Heights and Conquering all Challenges

I am also passionate about growing and expanding my knowledge about myself and life. I have completed several life success courses in San Franscisco. My last trip down was a 8 day Women’s Leadership course learning how to maximize my effectiveness both personally and professionally. It has taught me how to communicate effectively with patience and respect and it has pushed me so far outside of my comfort zone I no longer let my fears hold me back.
